1st HASCOL National Ranking Tennis Championships, 2016

Top players of the country convincingly proved their playing prowess in the men’s singles event of 1^st HASCOL National Ranking Tennis Championships when all the top eight seeds won their prequarterfinal matches in straight sets. Aqeel Khan, Ahmed Chaudhry, Shahzad Khan, Mudasir Murtaza, Heera Ashiq, Yasir Khan, Usman Rafiq and Muhammad Abid secured their places in the quarterfinal stage.

Top seed Aqeel Khan will face Davis Cupper Ahmed Chaudhry, former Davis Cupper Veteran Shahzad Khan will face young Mudasir Murtaza, Davis Cupper Yasir Khan will face 5^th seed Heera Ashiq of Lahore and 2^nd seed Muhammad Abid will face 8^thseed Usman Rafiq both from Lahore in the quarterfinals tomorrow at 9:00 am.
