1st Chief Of Air Staff National Kabaddi Championship (circle style)

First Chief of Air Staff National Kabadi Championship (circle style) started 28 Nov to 3 Dec 2016, under the supervision of Pakistan Kabaddi Federation yesterday here in capital city Islamabad Jinnah Stadium Pakistan Sports Complex.

Four matches were decided. SNGPL beat BALOCHISTAN  by 32-10, easy victory for RAILWAY beat SIND by 44-16, 3rd match POLICE wins against KPK 41-20, and forth and last match of day between PAF vs PUNJAB as opening ceremony match front of Chief guest Air Vice Marshal Ahmar Shahzad SI(M) an other easy one sided match PAF played out class beat PUNJAB by 65-25.

Earlier Air Vice Marshal SI(M) Ahmer Shahzad was chief guest and declared opened the championship. Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Dr. Akhtar Nawaz Ganjera, Dy. DG Shahid Salam and Agha Amjadullah, Secretary General, Pakistan |Kabaddi Federation, Rana Muhammad Sarwar and Secretary General, Pakistan Squash Federation, Group Captain, Amer Nawaz were also present on the occasion.

12 teams Participated in the tournament and divided into four pools.

Pool: A:  

Pakistan Airforce
Punjab
Islamabad

Pool B :

Pakistan WAPDA
Pakistan Railway
Sindh

Pool C:
Pakistan Army
Pakistan Police
KPK

Pool D:
HEC
SNGPL
Balochistan

Two teams from each pool will qualify for the quarter finals. Quarter finals will be played 1st Dec 2016
Semi finals 2nd Dec 2016 and the final will be played on December 3. 2016 at Jinnah Stadium Pakistan Sports Complex Islamanad.

Tomorrow(Tuesday): four matches will be played.
HEC Vs Balochistan, Pakistan WAPDA meets Sindh, Pakistan Army faces with KPK and Islamabad battle with  Punjab.
