10 KM race at Attowala Village near Kharian announced

Attowala Sports Plus with the technical and financial support of Athletics Federation of Pakistan (AFP) has been regularly organizing 10 KM race at Attowala Village near Kharian (Dinga Road), District Gujrat for the last 05 years. This event is organized every year in the month of November (2nd Sunday). The event is supervised by the technical officials of AFP. Students of the Schools and Colleges from various areas participate in the events. All the affiliated units of AFP are also invited to participate in the events.


The following Cash Prizes are awarded by the AFP to the Winners of race:- 1. Open Merit i. Overall 1st Position Rs. 10,000/- ii. Overall 2nd Position Rs. 7,000/- 2. Departmental Athletes i. 1st Position Rs. 6,000/- ii. 2nd Position Rs. 4,000/- iii. 3rd Position Rs. 3,000/- iv. 4th Position Rs. 2,000/- 3. Provincial Athletes v. 1st Position Rs. 6,000/- vi. 2nd Position Rs. 4,000/- vii. 3rd Position Rs. 3,000/- viii. 4th Position Rs. 2,000/- Atowala Sports Plus is a local Sports Organization. They are generating a healthy activity for the youth of Area and contributing in the promotion of Athletics at grass roots level. They also distribute prizes and medals among the Winners of Junior Competitions. The subject race is scheduled on 13th November 2016 at the Attowala Village (Kharian – Dinga Road). It is expected that a large number of local and national athletes of the various Units of AFP will participate in the event on said date.
