Red Socks's historic win against Yankees

Red Socks became the Boston's pride as the team outclassed most favorite team, New York's Yankees, in 19th innings.
 It was Red Socks' historic win and Yankees simply lost the game. It was the longest battle which Red Socks won by the strong nerves and atlast in the 19th game Red Socks take the lead to victory.
“It’s a testament to the will and the resiliency of this team,” Red Sox manager John Farrell said of the win, via The Associated Press.
 "It's one game that seemed like about six, and we'll move on," Yankees manager Joe Girardi said.
The crucial match took long seven hours to finish and it was the Yankees second longest match. It was Red Socks's longest game which lasted for more than 6 hours."The game doesn't wait for anyone," Red Sox manager John Farrell said beforehand. "We're looking forward to the next chapter."
